1. Accounts & OTP login
- Accounts are created with a mobile number + one-time code. You are responsible for the number you register (and for telling us when you give it up).
- We may suspend accounts for fraud signals: serial COD refusals, return abuse, or coupon exploitation.
- Guest carts merge into your account on first sign-in — those items become yours to order or clear.
2. Pricing, GST & payments
- All prices are in Indian Rupees, inclusive of GST 12% (HSN 7117, imitation jewellery), and locked at the moment of order. A typo elsewhere becomes the customer's win — we honour the shown price for normal retail quantities.
- Accepted payments: UPI, RuPay, Visa/Mastercard, netbanking, wallets via Razorpay; and Cash on Delivery up to ₹5,000 order value with ₹30 handling.
- Dyuti Cash (wallet credit) is store credit earned at 2% on paid orders and on refunds per policy — it isn't legal tender or interest-bearing, and expires with the account.
- Invoices carry Chakraborty Enterprise and GSTIN 19AAJCC4821F1ZQ for B2B credit claims.
3. Order confirmation & stock
- An order is confirmed only after stock re-verification on our servers. Rare races (two carts, one last kada) are resolved first-come — the other side is refunded in Dyuti Cash instantly or offered a swap.
- Prepaid orders may be cancelled only before dispatch — see returns for the fuller policy which forms part of these terms.
4. Product truthfulness
- Dyuti sells artificial/fashion jewellery (not gold, silver or precious stones). Composition, plating and finish are labelled honestly on each product page.
- Screens lie a little: colour variance of 5–10% (photography, monitor gamut) is expected and not grounds for defect claims by itself.
- Weight, size and stone listings are approximate for handcrafted pieces — craft tolerance, not error.
5. Shipping, COD & risk
- Risk passes at the doorstep; transit is insured by us until then. Delivery timelines in Shipping are promises kept with carriers, not guarantees against monsoon and strikes.
- COD tele-verification may be needed; two failed delivery attempts after notice let us cancel and restock.
6. Exchanges & refunds
- 7-day exchange/refund policy applies as described at Returns; the care desk's inspection decision is final on wear-and-tear, and is always explained.
- Refund math (95% Dyuti Cash instant route vs. source refunds) is spelled there too.
7. Bulk, wholesale & corporate
- The bulk desk operates on quoted rate cards, advance payment and separate written work orders. These terms plus the quote govern those deals.
8. The legal bits
- Force majeure: strikes, floods, pandemics and carrier meltdowns pause timelines without penalty on either side, with news shared proactively.
- Governing law: Indian law; courts at Cooch Behar, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Content: product photography, copy and the Dyuti name belong to Chakraborty Enterprise; reuse for counterfeiting is pursued.
- Severability: if a clause fails, the rest stand, and we both negotiate a fair replacement clause in its spirit.
