1. 1. Touch thumb-to-pinky (as if sliding a bangle on) and measure the widest point across the knuckles, not the wrist.
2. 2. The span in mm converts directly: 54.4mm = size 2.2, 57.7mm = 2.4, and so on (each standard step is 3.3mm).
3. 3. Kada (wide bangles) — add one step above your measured size for a relaxed slide.
4. 4. If you own bangles that fit, measure their inner diameter instead — most reliable.

1. 1. Wrap a thin paper strip around the widest knuckle of that finger, mark where it crosses.
2. 2. Measure flat in mm — that's your circumference. Diameter = circumference ÷ 3.14.
3. 3. Cold fingers lie small; size for the knuckle, not the base.

US sizes 6–10 map to inner diameters 16.5–19.8mm. Between sizes? Take the larger — rings are wise to resize only down.
