Inspection on arrival

Pieces are checked for wear, breakage and original packaging — unused in the Dyuti box passes in minutes.

Exchanges ship free; refunds land as 95% Dyuti Cash instantly, or to source for prepaid (details below).

The non-negotiables

7 days from the delivery date. Delayed parcels lose the window — we courier-drop reminders on day 5 so you don't drift.
Unused and unwashed: no perfume stains, body flour (ubtan!), sweat marks or bent hooks.
Original Dyuti keepsake box + authenticity card must ride along.
Earwires and nose pins are intimate-wear — exchanges only for manufacturing defects, for hygiene.
Gift-wrapped orders (marigold topi & seal) can't be accepted if the wrap is opened — skip the wrap if an exchange is likely.

How refunds move

Dyuti Cash instantly: once parcel arrives and clears inspection, 95% of what you paid (incl. GST you bore) is credited to your wallet the same hour.
Prepaid source refunds: card/UPI/netbanking take 5–7 working days through the Razorpay refund rail; we initiate it the same day as inspection.
COD orders: refunds are Dyuti Cash — source-bank refunds aren't possible for cash-ups, but UPI transfers can be arranged on request.
Free-shipping reversal: if a partial return drops the order under ₹749, the ₹49 shipping fee actually costs (shown transparently in the refund math).
Cancelled before dispatch: full 100% on cancellation by you or us — no deductions, no questions.

Defects & early tarnish — our fault, our cost

Tarnish before 60 days, broken fretwork, kundan that pops, or a wrong piece entirely — that's on us. Even past the 7-day law, send a photo + order number to care; if inspection agrees it's a defect, we courier a replacement with free both-ways shipping and upgrade your care profile to priority returns for a season. We'd rather over-serve than argue.
